David takes great pleasure in helping people during their time of need. David’s goal in every case is to achieve the best possible result for his client that the facts and law allow. He also strives to keep his clients informed about the progress of their case and to be a good steward of their financial resources.
David holds an AV-Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell in the areas of bankruptcy and civil litigation, the highest possible rating a lawyer can receive for legal ability and ethical conduct. He is also rated “Superb” by AVVO and was recently named a 2018 Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
